HVAC Lead Install Technician - MUST Have HVAC Journeyman's License
About the role
Responsible for leading installation teams in the field, ensuring all projects are completed safely and efficiently. Oversee the installation of HVAC systems in various settings.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HVAC installation teams
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards
- Oversee the installation of HVAC systems in diverse environments
- Communicate project timelines and progress to clients and team members
- Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements
- MUST have a valid HVAC journeyman’s license
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC installation
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HVAC or related field (preferred)
- Proficient in using HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Experience with various HVAC systems and components
