About the role
Responsible for leading HVAC installations and ensuring all projects are completed to high standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee installation teams in residential and commercial settings
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations
- Communicate directly with clients to discuss project details and expectations
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
- Train and mentor junior technicians
Requirements
- At least 5 years of HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Proficiency in using HVAC diagnostic tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college coursework in HVAC or related field
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
