About the role
Responsible for leading HVAC installations and ensuring project quality and safety standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Oversee installation teams in completing projects on time and within budget.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and industry standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to resolve issues promptly.
- Train and mentor new installers to improve overall team performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HVAC or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficient in HVAC systems and installation techniques.
- Experience with project management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
