About the role

Responsible for leading HVAC installation projects, supervising teams, and ensuring all work adheres to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage HVAC installation teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations during installations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Train and mentor team members in best practices and new technologies.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HVAC or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC installation and management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Pay
