About the role

As an HVAC Lead Installation Technician, you will be a hands on leader, leading residential HVAC installations while ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Installing residential heating and cooling systems
• Leading installation projects from start to finish
• Supervising and mentoring installation assistants
• Ensuring compliance with company and industry standards
• Delivering exceptional customer service and professionalism
• Maintaining accurate job documentation and communication

Qualifications

• Experience as an HVAC Installation Technician
• Leadership experience preferred
• Relevant HVAC licenses and certifications
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong technical troubleshooting and installation skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Dependable, motivated, and committed to quality workmanship

Pay

• Up to $40/hour base pay
• Top performers can earn $100,000+ annually
