HVAC Laborer

Responsibilities

• Aid HVAC mechanics and foremen with installation and jobsite support.
• Handle materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform basic mechanical tasks such as cutting, fastening, sealing, and assembling components.
• Support installation of ductwork, piping, and other mechanical systems.
• Load, unload, and stage materials as needed for daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite environment.
• Follow instructions, project schedules, and safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety policies at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in commercial construction or mechanical trades preferred.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Strong willingness to learn HVAC systems and mechanical installation processes.
• Teamwork: Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials, work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions.
• Certifications: OSHA 10 certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
