HVAC Installer - LEAD

Responsibilities

• Performing standard retrofits, including replacements and upgrades for HVAC systems.
• Completing air conditioning add-ons to expand or enhance existing systems.
• Traveling to various job sites as necessary to meet the needs of our customers.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of residential HVAC Installation experience.
• Comfortable in a lead role with a helper assigned.
• Working knowledge of local inspection codes.
• EPA Certification (Certification assistance may be available).
• A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis.
• Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.

Pay

Earn above market wages and performance incentives paid out weekly via direct deposit - Earn $90 – 130k+ annually, depending on performance.
