What You’ll Be Doing
- Install residential HVAC systems (furnaces, AC units, mini-splits, IAQ systems)
- Deliver a top-tier customer experience
- Test systems, connections, and electrical components
- Troubleshoot and repair when needed
- Work independently and as part of a team
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver’s license
- EPA Certification
- Experience with: Furnaces & forced air systems, Heat pumps & air handlers, Mini-splits
- Physically capable (ladders, crawl spaces, lifting 40+ lbs)
- Positive attitude + pride in your work
Bonus Points (Nice to Have)
- Competency card
- Boiler experience
- Familiarity with tools like Housecall Pro, Jobber, or ServiceTitan
