HVAC Installer - Experienced

Frontline HVAC, based in Aston, PA, is a locally owned and operated company with over 30 years of experience providing commercial and residential heating and cooling services.

Responsibilities

• Perform replacement and retrofit installations for residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Install and replace a variety of equipment, including air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini‑split systems, rooftop units (RTUs), boilers, and water heaters.
• Provide customers with clear information about the installation process and address questions or concerns throughout the project.
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and with a strong focus on workmanship and jobsite cleanliness.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience performing HVAC system replacements and retrofit installations.
• Current EPA Universal Certification required.
• Hands‑on experience installing rooftop HVAC units (RTUs).
• Strong residential HVAC installation background.
• HVAC trade school education preferred.
• Must possess personal hand tools and a power drill necessary for daily job duties.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Pay

$35.00 – $50.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
