HVAC Installer - Experienced

About the role

We are hiring an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team, focusing on residential and light commercial installations. This role involves leading an install team/crew and working in a high-tech digital office with a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead an install team/crew
• Install residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems, accessories, and ductwork
• Handle some new construction projects (residential and light commercial)
• Install ducted and ductless equipment
• Correctly size, install, insulate, and seal ductwork
• Read and follow blueprints and diagrams

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Lead install experience
• Residential new construction experience (desired)
• EPA Universal Certification
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC equipment
• Proficient at residential and light commercial functional design and installations
• Solid understanding of line and low voltage wiring, relays, transformers, and wiring diagrams
• Knowledge of and ability to follow city and county installation codes
• Excellent customer relation skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain NATE certification (training and testing provided)
• HVAC certification from trade school (desired)

Pay

$29.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on skill level

Schedule

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Some Saturdays and overtime

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon receiving a conditional offer of employment.
