HVAC Installer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer specializing in residential systems to deliver high-quality, clean installations and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Leading system installations from start to finish
• Oversight and development of install helpers
• Interpreting job specs and layouts
• Performing code-compliant installs of ductwork, equipment, piping, and wiring
• Troubleshooting issues independently
• Maintaining a professional and organized job site
• Communicating honestly with homeowners

Qualifications

• EPA certification
• At least 1+ years of proven HVAC installation experience (lead experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems
• Troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail
• A valid driver’s license

Skills

• Ability to work independently
• Make sound decisions in the field
• Lift heavy equipment
• Maintain safety standards
