Responsibilities

• Install new heating and air conditioning systems with precision and pride
• Follow clear project plans and execute top-tier workmanship
• Train and mentor apprentices during jobsite execution
• Diagnose and resolve installation-related system issues on-site
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, code requirements, and protocols
• Communicate clearly with customers and project managers
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
• Represent the company with professionalism at every stop

Requirements

• 5+ years of HVAC install experience in residential systems
• Ability to read and interpret system designs and project plans
• Strong knowledge of air handlers, ducted/ductless systems, line sets, condensate management, and controls
• Experience with boiler system tie-ins and water/air balancing is a plus
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Willingness to lead crews and support junior teammates
• Pride in your work and accountability to your crew
