HVAC Installer
About the role
TWC Services, Inc. is seeking experienced commercial HVAC/R technicians with 5-10+ years of experience, preferably in leadership roles. The ideal candidate will have strong installation skills, including rooftop units, split systems, VRF systems, ductwork, ventilation systems, walk-ins, and ice machines. They should also possess excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to lead teams and ensure installations meet safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Install rooftop units, split systems, VRF systems, ductwork, ventilation systems, walk-ins, and ice machines
- Lead a team and ensure installations meet safety and quality standards
- Work with customers and contractors to provide excellent service
- Pass an EPA certification (Type II or Universal)
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Pass a background check
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and job site planning
- EPA certification (Type II or Universal) required
- Technical degree or relevant certifications are a plus but not required
