HVAC Installer
About the role
Sobieski New Homes is seeking a full-time Residential New Construction HVAC Installer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing heating and cooling systems in new homes, assisting in training HVAC helpers, and contributing to a supportive and growing company culture.
Responsibilities
- Install heating and cooling systems in new residential constructions
- Train HVAC helpers to ensure quality installations
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
Qualifications
- Licensed as a journeyman (preferred)
- 3+ years of new home construction experience
- Knowledge of applicable state codes
- Hands-on knowledge of residential HVAC construction
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions, heights, and tight spaces
- Owns and uses hand tools commonly used by HVAC mechanics
