HVAC Installer

About the role

Sobieski New Homes is seeking a full-time Residential New Construction HVAC Installer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing heating and cooling systems in new residential constructions, assisting in training HVAC helpers, and contributing to the growth of the company.

Responsibilities

• Install heating and cooling systems in new residential constructions
• Train HVAC helpers on proper installation techniques
• Contribute to the success of the company by maintaining high standards of quality workmanship

Requirements

• Licensed as a journeyman (preferred)
• 3+ years of new home construction experience
• Knowledge of applicable state codes
• Hands-on knowledge of residential HVAC construction
• Valid driver's license
• Acceptable driving record
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outside in various weather conditions, from heights, and in tight spaces
• Own hand tools regularly used by HVAC mechanics
