About the role

Sobieski New Homes of York, PA is seeking a full-time Residential New Construction HVAC Installer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing heating and cooling systems in new residential constructions, assisting in the training of HVAC helpers, and contributing to the growth of the company.

Responsibilities

• Install heating and cooling systems in new residential constructions
• Train HVAC helpers on installation techniques
• Contribute to the success of the company by providing quality service

Requirements

• Licensed as a journeyman (preferred)
• 3+ years of new home construction experience
• Knowledge of applicable state codes
• Hands-on knowledge of residential HVAC construction
• Valid driver's license
• Acceptable driving record
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outside in various weather conditions, from heights, and in tight spaces
• Own hand tools regularly used by HVAC mechanics
