HVAC Installer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to perform residential HVAC retrofit installations, including systems such as furnaces, air handlers, condensers, heat pumps, ductwork, and indoor air quality products.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret installation layouts
• Troubleshoot on-site issues
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local codes
• Verify system performance through startup procedures
• Maintain organized job sites and documentation

Requirements

• 1–2 years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Strong knowledge of airflow, duct design, and system performance
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in various environments including attics and rooftops

Qualifications

• Preferred EPA and NATE certifications
• Additional experience in inverter systems, high-end HVAC equipment, brazing, load calculations, and troubleshooting
