HVAC Installer

About the role

Quality Chemical Laboratories (QCL), a leading pharmaceutical testing and manufacturing laboratory in Wilmington, is seeking a qualified licensed HVAC Installer to install commercial heating and air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment, connect electrical components and refrigerant lines, inspect and test systems after installation, troubleshoot failures, perform repairs, and conduct routine preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Install all types of commercial HVAC, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment
• Connect electrical components and refrigerant lines
• Inspect and test systems after installation
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform repairs
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Use all hand and power tools associated with the type of work being performed
• Perform welding and brazing as required

Requirements

• Licensed HVAC Installer
• Knowledge and ability to use HVAC-related hand and power tools
• Ability to perform welding and brazing
