HVAC Installer

About the role

If you can set a condenser level without blinking, drop a furnace in like it's second nature, and flex sealant lines cleaner than a TikTok hack video - we're ready for you. We're Pioneer Valley Environmental, out of Ware, MA, and we're looking for a skilled HVAC Installer who takes pride in clean work, fast installs, and doing the job right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems that look and run *clean*
• Follow code, safety, and scope like a boss
• Help apprentices grow without slowing you down
• Leave every customer impressed

Requirements

• 2+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Experience with ductless, central AC, gas furnaces, heat pumps
• Knows how to read a scope and build it like the diagram
• Can handle refrigerant, electrical, and airflow like a pro
• EPA-certified (or close to it)

Qualifications

• A teammate who shows up, works smart, and has fun doing it

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and scopes accurately
• Good communication skills
• Physical stamina and strength
