Pace Heating & Air has served Corvallis, Albany, and the surrounding area since 1996, providing service, maintenance, and installation for residential and commercial heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs. Pay

$28.00 – $40.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Four‑day, 10‑hour shifts (4/10s) available seasonally. Overtime available.

Responsibilities

• Residential and light commercial HVAC installations
• Work with and learn from a journeyman
• Install gas pipe, refrigeration pipe, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, geothermal, radiant heat, and related systems
• Troubleshoot installations
• Provide customer service
• Gain hands‑on training and industry certifications (EPA, NATE, Carrier factory training)

Requirements

• 2+ years field installation experience
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
• EPA Universal Certification
• Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems
• Ability to consult on customer complaints and provide solutions beneficial to both customer and company
• Ability to follow blueprints and understand technical instructions
• Willingness to attend training classes and seminars, including NATE certifications
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in HVAC from a trade school desired
• Must pass background check and drug test upon conditional offer of employment
