I’m Bobby Ferrel, owner of Green Horizon One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. We’re a growing company in Raleigh-Durham, built on excellence and looking for master technicians to join our family.
About the role
You’ll be assigned daily jobs installing HVAC systems in homes. By evening, each job will be complete, giving you a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. There will be hard work, sweat, and occasional Saturday jobs, but also the chance to teach and learn from fellow master builders. This is work that makes families smile.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems in residential settings
- Complete daily assignments efficiently and professionally
- Collaborate with and mentor fellow technicians
- Maintain tools and take pride in your equipment
Requirements
- Positive, “get it done” attitude
- Clean driving record (verified)
- Clean criminal record (verified)
- Honesty and integrity
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Humility and willingness to learn quickly
- Proven skill with tools and sheet metal
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience
- Valid driver’s license

Pay
$50,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year, plus bonus pay, commission, and tips.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday (primary)
- Occasional weekend availability required
- Sundays off
