- Successful completion of a background check and drug test

Your Responsibilities:
- Implement our "Honest Thomas Approved" service system, educating customers about our products and services
- Exceed key performance requirements, showcasing dedication to our mission and guarantees
- Demonstrate quality workmanship, utilizing the necessary tools for excellence
- Comply with all applicable standards, codes, policies, and safety procedures
- Proficiency in soldering, installation, gas work, and repair (Professional knowledge and experience in ductwork installation are highly valued and considered a significant plus.)
- Replace heating, air conditioning, air quality, refrigeration, and control systems
- Use electrical testing equipment to check electrical circuits and components
- Test pipe or tubing joints and connections for leaks
- Join pipes or tubing from the equipment to the fuel, water, or refrigerant source
- Lay out and connect electrical wiring using hand tools according to the wiring diagram
- Educate clients on how to properly use their new HVAC equipment
- Enter completed projects and the parts used into the database
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and company vehicle
- Build strong customer rapport, providing the right solutions for their needs
- Present yourself professionally, delivering a knowledgeable service experience that drives referrals and repeat business
- Actively participate in training, departmental and company meetings to continually improve your skills as well as participating in team building activities to build a strong rapport with your co-team members.
- Mentor and train entry to mid-level installers and apprentices, promoting quick and accurate repairs and installations
- Demonstrate and establish effective working relationships with co-workers and team leaders
- Perform physical activity with no restrictions in various climate conditions
- Ability to work in confined spaces
