The Ins and Outs of Becoming Our HVAC Installer

• Schedule: Standard 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday
• Role: Work with your team to complete accurate, high-quality installations for a variety of customers.
• Responsibilities: Install systems in residential homes, commercial buildings, or refrigeration environments. Prepare for each job site, mentor and train installation helpers, ensure thorough cleaning, maintain a well-organized vehicle, and report maintenance needs.

Requirements:

• Connecticut HVAC trade license
• HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Strong customer service, communication, and mentoring skills
• Respectful attitude and professional appearance

Benefits and Perks

• Pay Range: $50,000 to $115,000, based on experience

About the Role

Nero Air Conditioning & Heating Inc. is a long-standing, customer-oriented company that has been installing and servicing HVAC systems in Connecticut since 1988. We provide a range of services including heating, air conditioning, indoor air quality, ductless air systems, geothermal heat pumps, and commercial refrigeration. Custom ductwork is fabricated in our in-house sheet metal shop by state-licensed fabricators. We are committed to meeting project deadlines and providing exceptional service to our clients.
