HVAC Installer

Role: HVAC Install Lead Responsibilities Perform retrofit replacements of HVAC systems, including removing and replacing furnaces and air conditioners.Conduct safety and performance tests on installed systems, checking for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks.Prioritize excellent customer service by providing detailed information about each home's system and status post-service.Collect payments and maintain truck inventory levels.Communicate effectively with homeowners regarding system performance and service updates. Qualifications & Skills Technical expertise in HVAC system installation and retrofit procedures.Strong communication skills for customer interaction.Attention to safety protocols and detail-oriented approach.Ability to work in team environments and follow safety standards.
