HVAC Installer
Essential Functions
- Install commercial HVAC equipment including rooftop units, split systems, package units, air handlers, exhaust fans, and ventilation systems.
- Install ductwork, refrigeration piping, gas piping, condensate drains, and associated HVAC components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and project specifications.
- Assemble, install, and secure HVAC equipment according to manufacturer recommendations and company standards.
- Test newly installed equipment to verify proper operation and performance.
- Cook up with project managers, supervisors, and other trades to ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and communicate project updates as needed.
- Deliver and transport equipment and materials to job sites when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Use and maintain appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as prescribed by the company.
Education, Qualities & Skills Required
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 preferred).
- Minimum of 3–5 years of commercial HVAC installation experience.
- Experience installing commercial HVAC equipment, ductwork, piping, and ventilation systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills during installation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in varying weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Compensation
Compensation: $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., with Saturdays as needed based on project requirements.
