Garber Heating & Air Conditioning is a stable career opportunity located in Morton and surrounding areas, including Tazewell, Peoria, and Bloomington. The company has been serving Central Illinois since 1972 and is now seeking an Experienced Residential HVAC Installer.

Responsibilities

• Install residential heating and air conditioning systems to the highest company standards
• Deliver a high-quality experience to every customer on every job
• Work with gas pipe, refrigeration pipe, ductwork systems, furnaces, heat pumps, and more
• Test and balance systems while meeting all codes and safety requirements
• Take pride in your work and be part of a team that truly supports one another

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Proficient in installing gas pipe, refrigeration pipe, and ductwork systems
• Strong understanding of refrigerant, gas & electric furnaces, heat pumps, and troubleshooting
• Able to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Advanced customer service skills
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices and air balancing principles
• Commitment to safety and quality

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM start with a 1-hour lunch (Overtime as needed)

Pay

$22 - $30 per hour - depending on experience
