What You’ll Do

- Install residential & lite commercial heating, cooling, and ventilation systems with a focus on quality and efficiency - Work alongside a team to complete installs on time and up to company standards - Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges in the field - Ensure all work meets safety codes and best practices - Communicate clearly with homeowners and provide a great customer experience - Maintain accurate job documentation (materials, time, and work performed)

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience. Commercial experience is a plus. - Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and basic electrical - Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams - Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Positive attitude and team-first mindset - Valid driver’s license and required Washington certifications/licenses
