About the role
Nielsen Mechanical Contractors, a Crete United Company, is seeking a Sheet Metal Installer to join their field team. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of commercial HVAC / sheet metal experience, strong teamwork skills, and a reliable, professional, and safety-focused mindset.
Responsibilities
- Install commercial HVAC sheet metal systems efficiently and safely
- Work collaboratively with superintendents and field crews to meet project schedules
- Communicate job progress, needs, and issues clearly to site leadership
- Maintain quality workmanship that meets company standards and customer expectations
- Follow all company safety policies and jobsite procedures
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Own basic hand tools required for the trade
- Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week, with overtime or weekends as needed

- Positive attitude and pride in your work
Skills
- Commercial HVAC / sheet metal installation experience
- Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities
