HVAC Installer

Duties and Responsibilities

• Install heating, air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration equipment, and other products in residential homes.
• Assemble, install, service, and repair air conditioning refrigeration ducts.
• Assist crew leader with the installation of air conditioning units and furnaces.
• Manage and install heating and air conditioning equipment.
• Demonstrate knowledge and ability to use all hand and power tools associated with the type of work performed.
• Assess systems to determine repair vs. replacement.
• Install all mechanical and HVAC equipment types and associated ductwork and components for commercial and industrial buildings.
• Able to perform material take-offs and order necessary materials.
• Able to continuously climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience installing. Able to tolerate temperatures above 100 for extended periods in summer months.
• Receive, verify, and load all equipment and materials needed for each job.
• Able to continuously climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
• 1+ years of Duct installation.
• EPA certification is a strong plus.
• Work safely following company policies and wear personal protective equipment.
• Prior, successful experience as an Installer in residential, construction sites, and occupied spaces.

Supplemental Pay
