HVAC Installation Technician - HVAC Technician

About the role

DuctMasters USA, Inc is scouting a full-time HVAC Installation Technician / HVAC Technician to join our Weston, FL team and diagnose, repair, install and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities

• Earns a competitive $15.00-$25.00/hour, based on experience made up of base pay plus commission and bonuses.
• Eligible for excellent benefits including 401k, medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays and sick time, and continuous opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of HVAC experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Able to pass a background check
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)

Skills

• Can operate electronic test equipment, jackhammers, tampers, sawzalls, propress guns, drills, grinders, etc.
• Enjoy working with your hands in the field doing ductwork, A/C services, electrical work and drywall
• Work well with others
• Follow instructions easily and work unsupervised
• Take pride in your work and present yourself professionally
• Be trustworthy and respectful of others and their personal property
