HVAC Installation Technician

About the role

Duggan's One Hour Heating & Air is hiring for a full-time HVAC Installation Tech / Residential Installer position. This role requires the installation of quality residential HVAC systems and comes with an industry-leading pay scale and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities

• Install quality residential HVAC systems
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Perform routine maintenance checks

Requirements

• Minimum of three years experience including hands-on training and/or work
• EPA Certification
• Advanced HVAC skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Proven track record installing heating and cooling systems
• Ability to draw simple diagrams, read blueprints, and other diagrams

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and climbing
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
