HVAC Installation Technician

About the role

Responsible for installing and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial and residential settings.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and repairs on existing systems.
• Diagnose and resolve complex HVAC issues using diagnostic tools.
• Communicate effectively with clients and other tradespeople during installations and repairs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• At least 2 years of related experience in HVAC installation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good physical condition to perform manual labor.

Skills

• Proficient in using HVAC diagnostic tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
