HVAC Installation Technician

About the role

Force Home Services Heating, Air Conditioning, & Plumbing is hiring a full-time HVAC Installation Technician to ensure clients and their homes are safe and comfortable after installing heating and air equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain heating and air conditioning systems
• Ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines
• Provide technical explanations in simple terms
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Requirements

• A valid driver's license
• A clean driving record
• Customer-focused individual
• Good communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Trustworthy and respectful of others and their property

Qualifications

• Willingness to train the right person
• Technical knowledge in HVAC installation and maintenance
• Physical ability to perform physical labor
• Knowledge of local building codes and industry standards
