HVAC Installation Technician
About the role
Nero Air Conditioning & Heating Inc. is seeking a full-time HVAC Installation Technician to join our North Haven, CT team. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service and are always looking to add skilled professionals like you to our team.
Responsibilities
- Complete accurate, high-quality installations for a variety of customers, including residential homes, commercial buildings, and refrigeration environments.
- Install a wide range of heating and cooling systems.
- Mentor and train installation helpers, supporting their growth and development.
- Show up on time, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure every work area is thoroughly cleaned before the job is complete.
- Keep your installation vehicle well-organized and notify management of any maintenance needs.
- Work from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday.
Requirements
- Connecticut HVAC trade license
- HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Strong customer service, communication, and mentoring skills
- Respectful attitude and professional appearance
Qualifications
We value your skills and experience, and pay ranges from $50,000 to $115,000, based on what you bring to the team.
