HVAC Installation Manager

What You'll Do

• Lead, manage, and support installation teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to company quality standards
• Conduct regular site inspections to evaluate workmanship, ensure adherence to installation procedures, and verify compliance with safety standards and building codes
• Oversee project execution by managing labor, materials, and resources to drive cost efficiency while meeting deadlines
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Develop and manage daily and weekly schedules for installation crews, coordinating workloads to ensure timely and efficient job completion
• Provide expert guidance on the installation of residential HVAC systems, including central air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductless mini-split systems
• Supervise system startups, perform performance checks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all systems meet operational and company standards before completion
• Accurately complete and review all required documentation, including job details, system specifications, permits, and compliance reports
• Utilize ServiceTitan or similar field service software to track job progress, manage workflows, and maintain accurate service and installation records

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience (supervisory or management role highly preferred)
• HVAC certification or formal training from a technical or trade school preferred; equivalent field experience will be considered
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, coordinate multiple projects, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively engage customers and resolve issues professionally
• Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems, installation best practices, troubleshooting methods, and system optimization
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar trade management software is preferred

Compensation & Details

• Pay $100,000 - $120,000 annually (plus performance-based bonuses)
• Job Type: Full-Time
