Responsibilities

• Install new residential heating and cooling systems in clients' homes
• Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ensure all installations meet industry standards and safety regulations

Requirements

• Experience as an HVAC Install Technician
• Relevant licenses and certifications
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Clean and neat appearance
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Hard-working and motivated attitude

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and installation techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Competitive compensation with a potential sign-on bonus up to $7500, with the possibility of making up to $150,000 per year based on performance and qualifications.
