About the role

Gold Medal Services has been providing plumbing, heating, and air conditioning services for over 30 years, known for outstanding customer service and technical expertise. As an HVAC Install Technician, you will go into clients' homes to install new residential heating and cooling systems, focusing on problem solving and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Install new residential heating and cooling systems in customers' homes.
• Provide problem‑solving and customer‑focused service on every job.
• Maintain a clean and neat appearance while representing the company.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HVAC Install Technician.
• Relevant licenses and certifications (e.g., HVAC, EPA).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Hard‑working, motivated, and reliable.

Qualifications

Candidates who meet the requirements above are qualified for this role. Additional qualifications include willingness to pursue Journeyman license and NATE certification, with company sponsorship available.

Pay

Competitive compensation package with the potential to earn up to $150,000 per year (base salary plus performance bonuses). Eligible candidates may receive a sign‑on bonus of up to $7,500 (as noted in the posting).

Schedule

Full‑time, year‑round position with flexible scheduling options ranging from a traditional 9‑5 to 4‑10 hour shifts, and choice of days. No on‑call requirements and no mandatory weekends.
