Responsibilities

• Pre-measure job sites and ensure accurate prep for clean, on-time installs
• Install equipment properly and test for quality assurance
• Document your work in our trade software, ServiceTitan, to keep our operations tight and keep you on the move
• Pursue certifications if needed—we invest in people who are willing to invest in themselves
• Own your route and represent Pioneer with professionalism

Requirements

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• EPA Universal 608 Certification
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, without being micromanaged
• Commitment to personal growth, ownership, and being part of a winning team

$70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
