The Job Looks Like

• You’ll serve Hot Springs, AR, and nearby areas within a 45-mile radius, delivering high-quality HVAC installations in residential settings.
• In this role, you’ll:
• Install HVAC systems with precision and professionalism
• Handle repairs or part replacements during installation as needed
• Use tools with skill and maintain a clean, safe job site
• Cookordinate with other team members to keep the project on track
• Follow all safety regulations and uphold company standards

Hiring Expectations

• 1–2 years of experience with residential HVAC installs is preferred
• EPA Type IV Certification is a must
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in crawlspaces or attics
• Strong with tools and focused on doing quality work
• Takes initiative and doesn’t need someone looking over their shoulder
