Responsibilities

• Install residential heating and air conditioning systems in customers' homes
• Lead and work alongside installation team members to ensure quality workmanship
• Maintain compliance with company standards, manufacturer specifications, and safety requirements
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
• Ensure installations are completed efficiently, accurately, and with exceptional attention to detail
• Represent the Nicholson brand with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• 3+ years of experience leading or running an installation crew
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong technical troubleshooting and installation skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality

Pay
