About the role

Our HVAC Installation Technician Assistants support lead technicians in installing new residential heating and cooling systems in clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of residential HVAC systems
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Provide excellent customer service and communication

Requirements

• Experience as an HVAC Install Technician or Assistant
• Relevant licenses and certifications (qualified technicians will be sponsored for Journeyman license and NATE certification)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Hard-working, motivated, and customer-focused

Pay

Competitive base salary with bonus program, allowing top technicians to earn up to $100,000 per year. Sign-on bonus up to $1,500 for top candidates.

Schedule

• Full-time, year-round positions
