HVAC Install Helper

Responsibilities

• Aid in the installation of various HVAC systems in residential homes.
• Mov[e] tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites efficiently.
• Connect, adjust, or disconnect wiring, piping, and tubing using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and team members to ensure a smooth installation process.
• Maintain accurate invoices, documentation, and time sheets.
• Help keep vehicles, tools, work areas, and job sites clean, organized, and safe.
• Support installers with tasks necessary for building the experience needed for future licenses and certifications.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Maryland Apprentice License required by start date.
• Ability to work in tight spaces, attics, crawl spaces, garages, and on roofs.
• A positive attitude, integrity, and professional representation.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow directions independently.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.
• Clean criminal background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
