HVAC Install Helper

What You'll Do:

• Ability to follow precise instructions.
• Adhere to job site safety protocol.
• Aid in duct fabrication & installation.
• Maintain a clean & safe work environment.
• Support the lead foreman in material & labor tracking.

What You Bring:

• HVAC experience preferred.
• Self-motivated.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work on roofs & lifts.
• Basic HVAC knowledge and willingness to learn more.
• Ability to pass a background check & drug test.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50-75 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs repetitively.
• Work in cramped spaces like attics and crawlspaces, involving bending, crawling, and kneeling.
• Work from ladders.
• Work in various conditions including hot, cold, dusty, or dirty environments.
• Stand for an 8-hour shift and work for extended periods without becoming overly fatigued.

Pay Range:

$18 - $26 per hour based on experience.
