Responsibilities
- Assist HVAC Install Technicians with residential HVAC system and ductwork installations
- Help prep jobsites, load materials, and keep projects moving efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites
- Learn HVAC installation practices, tools, safety procedures, and company standards
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
- Support the install team with quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Continue developing your skills through hands-on training and mentorship
Requirements
- 1+ years of residential HVAC install or maintenance experience
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn the HVAC trade
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools
- Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and outdoor conditions
- Ability to safely lift heavy equipment and materials
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
- Construction, labor, or trade experience is a plus, but not required

Pay
$18-22 per hour based on experience
