What You’ll Do
As an Install Helper, you’ll support our installation team while building the skills needed for a long-term HVAC career.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead installers with HVAC system installations
- Help carry, set, and install equipment and materials
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Communicate with your team to complete jobs efficiently
- Learn how to diagnose, repair, and install HVAC systems over time
- Respond to emergency situations with safety as the top priority
- Keep tools clean, organized, and ready for use
- Assist with documentation like work orders and job details
What We’re Looking For
- You have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a strong desire to grow.
- You’re coachable and open to learning new skills, including cross-training in other trades.
- You’re a people person with technical curiosity:
- You enjoy hands-on work and problem-solving, but you’re also comfortable interacting with homeowners in a professional, respectful way.
- You’re ready to work:
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to lift heavy equipment
- Comfortable working on ladders, in tight spaces, and in varying conditions
- Willing to do physical, hands-on work every day
- You take pride in professionalism:
- You show up clean, prepared, and safety-focused.
- You understand that safety isn’t optional—it’s part of the job.
