HVAC Install Coordinator - CSR

About the role

Mitchell Heating and Cooling is a family-owned company that has proudly served the Raleigh-Durham area since 1973. Unlike many HVAC companies, we've had consistent ownership from the very beginning, providing stability and a strong sense of community. We are expanding our office team.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls
• Go over after hours calls for estimates, and schedule calls for comfort consultants
• Maintain information for financing
• Coordinate and schedule installations with homeowners
• Create install job packets
• Maintain accurate customer records and keep our database current
• Daily invoicing for upcoming and completed jobs, including rebates, deductions and warranties
• Use Service Titan daily to manage scheduling and communications
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a schedule coordinator, dispatcher, project coordinator, or similar office experience
• Advanced customer service skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office experience
• Organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Service scheduling/coordinating experience desired
• Knowledge of the HVAC industry is recommended but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.

Pay

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule

Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays during peak season
