HVAC Install Coordinator
About the role
As an HVAC Install Coordinator at R & T Yoder Electric, Plumbing, & HVAC Inc, you will remove old HVAC systems, install new systems, perform routine maintenance, train junior team members, communicate with customers, order and maintain equipment, run pipe and duct systems through homes, read and interpret wiring diagrams, understand refrigeration cycles, and interpret technical data such as pressure and temperature. The company is a family‑owned business with over 20 years of experience in Central Ohio, offering a strong culture with seasonal events, in‑service training, family picnics, bonfires, and holiday parties.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of HVAC field experience
- Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and local codes
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
- Problem‑solver who enjoys troubleshooting
- Self‑motivated
- Excellent communication skills – able to explain technical information clearly in layman’s terms
- Service‑oriented, good rapport with people
- Respectful of others and their personal property
- Punctual and reliable

Pay
Competitive wage of up to $50/hour based on experience, plus a $3,000 sign‑on bonus and eligibility for monthly bonus opportunities.
