Responsibilities

• Residential Retrofit/changeout installation with some light commercial
• Installing furnace, AC, boilers, heat pumps, GEOTHERMAL, ductless and RTU's, duct work and accessories to company standards
• New duct work and retro duct work as needed
• Answering customers' questions and providing a high-quality experience

Requirements

• 1+ year of HVAC experience or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on training
• EPA Universal Certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
• NATE certification highly preferred
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs. overhead with assistance
• Comfortable working on ladders and in attics or crawl spaces
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• HVAC technical school certificate or equivalent training preferred
• Previous lead or team leadership experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

Pay

$18.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule

4/10 shift. Monday to Thursday; with overtime on Fridays
