Compensation & Schedule
Compensation: $18.00-$22.00 per hour, based on experience. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with occasional evening hours and overtime as needed.
About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assist experienced HVAC technicians while receiving hands-on training
- Install and replace residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance, system inspections, and seasonal tune-ups
- Work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and other job site environments
- Deliver excellent customer service during every service visit
- Educate customers on HVAC equipment and indoor air quality products
Qualifications
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Comfortable working from a 28-foot extension ladder and a 12-foot step ladder
- Able to lift up to 100 pounds
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently
- Good communication and customer service abilities
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in HVAC, construction, electrical, or a related trade preferred
- HVAC trade school certification preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
