Job Responsibilities

• Run in-home sales appointments
• Build rapport and earn customer trust
• Perform load calculations, system assessments, and comfort surveys
• Present solutions using a proven process
• Explain financing options clearly
• Follow up professionally and proactively
• Document visits and outcomes with accuracy
• Build self-generated lead pipeline

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Goal-oriented, competitive mindset
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Pass a drug test
• Reside within 45 minutes of our office
• 1+ years of in-home sales experience (HVAC, roofing, plumbing, solar, etc.) preferred
• Experience with HVAC preferred
• Experience with ServiceTitan or a similar CRM preferred
